Graphic design and skate deck technology are clearly the primary concerns of Blind skateboards. Although largely dark, foreboding, and with a hint of violence, the graphics on Blind decks portray meticulous skill in coloring and drawing in characteristic street-graffiti style. Most deck pieces portray a cute little reaper frozen in various angles of sickle-wielding. Or, if not, the reaper relents to a formal pose against a harmless backdrop, all the while emanating a tiny but sinister presence. The artworks mostly appear to be carefully thought out and are pleasingly color-complementary.

In the same way, deck construction seems to have been painstakingly designed to get ahead in the industry. Blind offers four deck treatments to rival most other structure-conscious brands. Its two resin epoxy construction types utilize the stronger epoxy in place of the industry-standard glue to build lighter, stronger decks that retain the subtleties of design. Resin-7 is the lighter and stronger successor of the standard 7-ply, while Resin-8 betters both by being a stronger 8-ply that weighs just as equivalently. The Resin-V improves on the previous epoxy constructions by having a vertically laminated core.

Eternal Life decks are the latest development, featuring an aluminum-epoxy glass compound called Texalium embedded into the deck. As with all novelties, Eternal Life decks come with a warranty, 90 days, making any clear-thinking consumer question the alleged durability. As epoxy does seem to keep breaking at bay by holding the pieces together, Blind decks do demonstrate a relatively longer life span than the average board.
